Welcome to SportSciencEngineering Website

SportSciencEngineering (SSE) website's aim is to provide athletes and even recreational athletes with up to date information on important components that will help to comprise a great athlete. SSE website can help answer questions, optimize strategies, and perhaps shed light on the veiled barriers to performance. We are creating a community of athletes & coaches who strive to learn more, perform at a high level, and compete at the highest level of their respective sport. The members of this SSE push each other to reach higher levels in academics and training athletic performance. We provide sports science concepts and insights to the training and performance challenges that you may face, regardless of your sport, or the level you compete at.

We hold ourselves to the highest standard, leading the charge in education, performance, and competition. We follow the tenants of functional strength & conditioning to help make your bodies into the most efficient machines they can be so that you may go out into the world ready to optimally perform at any sport or activity. While each of us are Kinesiology majors, our invaluable information can be adopted by athletes of any sport who desire to become healthier, more efficient, stronger, faster, and injury resistant.

SSE considers it a privilege to be studying something that is so relevant and important to many people in the world. From recreational to elite athletes, we understand that people want to push themselves to greater heights. We also understand that much of the available research available is corrupted by jargon, bro science (no scientific basis), overly complex explanations and confusing contradictions.  Our Mission is to communicate that aspect of sports science and physiology in a way that is relevant, easy to understand, backed by facts and entertaining.

We hope that you enjoy and use our website to enhance your performance in sports as well in your studies, and go far in your future career endeavors. Thank you for visiting SportSciencEngineering!
