My Mentor Strength & Conditioning Coach Jonathan Chaimberg (J.C.), a renowned figure in the world of fitness and a trainer to many of the top MMA & NHL competitors in the world. On the short list of world‐class athletes he has worked with are UFC legends and champions such as Georges St. Pierre, Rashad Evans, Shane Carwin, and Jon Jones. Mr. Chaimberg is the president and Owner of Adrenaline Performance Center (APC) in Montreal, Quebec, a facility that specializes in athletic performance enhancement.
